RESERVATION POLICIES ( Guiding ):
Reservations need to be made with a 24 hour advance. Reservations may be altered upon the clients request.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ( Guiding ):
In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be requested two weeks prior to the guided tour. Any cancellations made within the two weeks till the guided tour date will not get their reservation fee refunded. Please, if a client needs to cancel, please call us.
Actually meeting up with our guides can be tricky as we do not have a physical building to meet at it. Meeting up all depends on where we will be riding that day, where you’re staying, and how comfortable you are with driving to certain locations. The Big Horn’s have multiple parking lots at the areas we guide. Directions will be given as well as a meeting time. Cell service is very, very, hard to come by on the mountains so we please ask that if you are staying on the mountain prior to the guided tour, that you let us know you made it to the Sheridan area and we can confirm the meeting time/place. A time and place will be sent to you the day before the ride. Upon arriving at the parking lot, there will be a short introduction and then safety brief.
Since we do not have a physical office, our facilities are limited. Our shop is located at 193 Trail Drive Ranchester, Wy, 82836.
If you have any medical concerns, please, let us know prior to the ride. Whether it’s asthma, a heart condition, etc. Only you can know for sure of your limitations. Our guides prioritize safety, but ultimately, letting us know of your condition(s) is on you, the client. Our guides are required by law to be first aid certified, but, that does not guarantee your safety.
REFUND POLICY ( Apparel ):
If you item(s) that you purchased isn’t satisfactory or meet your needs, please, return it to us via mail for a full refund. Email or call us to let us know of the issue and we will be happy to fix any wrongdoings or help you with the return process.
